After my Graduation I got the priviledge to work with one of the fastest uprising Nursery Propagator in Kenya as the Senior ICT officer Managaging their ERP systems for 13+ users and 20K+ customers. Handled user access, customization and training. Maintained ICT security, troubleshooting & web management. Provided tech support, monitored threats, ensured compliance & enhanced system efficiency.

ICT Intern, State Department of Trade | Ministry of Investment, Trade and Industry, Nairobi, Kenya

Handled daily internet troubleshooting with up to 10 support calls, installed Microsoft tools on 20+ computers, fixed printer issues, and maintained both hardware and software systems to ensure smooth and reliable IT operations.

Graduated with Second Upper Class Honours, During my time in the University I gained in-depth knowledge of securing digital systems, networks and data against cyber threats.
